Who operates this site and what it does
Golo Mori Summit Partners provides venue intelligence and event-planning guidance for conferences, board retreats, incentives, and corporate gatherings in Labuan Bajo and the Golo Mori MICE area of West Manggarai, East Nusa Tenggara, Indonesia. We describe third-party venues such as the Golo Mori Convention Center (GMCC), AYANA Komodo, Meruorah Komodo, Crowne Plaza Labuan Bajo, and TA’AKTANA. We do not own, manage, or control these venues. GMCC and the surrounding Golo Mori destination are developed and operated by Indonesia Tourism Development Corporation (ITDC), a state-owned developer, and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or agents of this site.
Komodo Luxury acts as a concierge and booking coordinator. Where we do not own an asset, services are arranged via vetted, licensed partners, including venues, transport providers, catering suppliers, and phinisi charter operators. We are not a licensed financial, legal, tax, or immigration adviser, and nothing on this site is professional advice of that kind.

The text, tables, capacity figures, and other material on this site are provided for general planning information only. You may read, share, and reference our content for your own event-planning purposes. A binding price and set of terms exists only once a licensed partner or venue issues you a written quotation or contract, arranged through Komodo Luxury reservations. We do not promise any commercial, marketing, attendance, or return outcome from any event.
How bookings work

Submitting a request for proposal does not create a booking or reserve any space. A booking becomes binding only when you receive a written confirmation and the applicable deposit or payment terms are met, under the contract issued by Komodo Luxury or the relevant supplier. Deposit, payment, amendment, and cancellation terms are set out in that confirmation and prevail over anything on this site. Where a venue such as GMCC or a third-party property imposes its own house rules, permit requirements, or scheduling windows (for example, site-inspection hours), those apply in addition to these Terms.
Third-party venues and suppliers
Because we coordinate services delivered by others, the venues, hotels, transport operators, caterers, and charter operators involved in your event are independent providers. Their own terms, licenses, insurance, and liability policies apply to the services they deliver. Permits, zoning, and regulatory matters for events in West Manggarai fall under bodies such as ITDC, the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy (Kemenparekraf), the West Manggarai Regency Government, and GMCC management; we can help coordinate, but we do not issue permits and do not warrant regulatory approval.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Indonesian law, Golo Mori Summit Partners, Komodo Luxury, and Juara Holding Group are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or reliance on its content, including lost profits, lost opportunities, or event disruption caused by third-party suppliers, force majeure, weather, connectivity, or regulatory change. Our aggregate liability in connection with any service we directly arrange is limited to the fees you paid to Komodo Luxury for that specific service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Data protection and privacy
When you contact us, we process the personal data you provide (such as your name, company, email, phone number, and event brief) to respond to your enquiry and coordinate your booking. We handle this data in line with Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (Undang-Undang No. 27 Tahun 2022, “UU PDP”).
We recognise that many of our clients are international corporate buyers. For visitors in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, we aim to align with the principles of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR): we collect only what we need, use it only for the purpose you contacted us about, retain it only as long as necessary, and share it with venues and licensed partners solely to fulfil your request. You may ask us to access, correct, or delete your data by emailing sales@komodoluxury.com. Messages sent to us by WhatsApp are also subject to WhatsApp’s own privacy terms.
Governing law and changes to these Terms
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the Indonesian courts. We may update these Terms as our services or the applicable regulations change; the version published here at the time you use the site applies. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
